The past two years have been spent developing a compelling yet flexible conceptual vision, carefully evaluating the market, conducting a parking study, due diligence, and other key pre-development activities. Now, the stakeholder team seeks to search for a Master Developer through a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) process.

Two-Step
Selection Process
The selection will be a competitive two-step process consisting of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFQ phase is an open call with no restrictions; all firms qualified to deliver the proposed vision are invited to submit their qualifications. The selection committee will review submittals and a shortlist of qualified Master Developers will be identified to receive a more directed RFP. The number selected for further consideration is dependent on the responses received and what the selection committee determines is in its best interest.
